Code Blue for Child Care.
Code Blue is a Canada-wide campaign to build a real pan-Canadian child care system. The campaign brings together national, provincial and territorial child care organizations, labour, women's and social justice groups along with Canadians from all walks of life.

Making The Connections
MTC is a project of the Child Care Advocacy Association of Canada focusing on the child care related Federal-Provincial-Territorial (FPT) agreements – the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Agreement, the Multilateral Framework Agreement and any new child care agreements reached between the federal, provincial and territorial governments.

Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD)
MCFD holds responsibility for the government's child care programs and services including the Child Care Grants and policy development relating to child care in BC.

Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) - Children with Special Needs
Raising a child or youth with special needs brings joys and challenges. In order to assist and support families and children and youth with special needs from birth up to age 19, the Ministry of Children and Family Development offers a range of services.

The Community Care Facilities Branch
The Community Care Facilities Branch is part of the Health Protection Division of the Ministry of Health Services, and is responsible for the development and implementation of legislation, policy and guidelines to protect the health and safety of people being cared for in licensed facilities.

Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance (MEIA, formerly Ministry of Human Resources)
MEIA delivers the Child Care Subsidy to parents throughout the province. Access to child care is a significant component in helping parents gain employment and achieve financial independence. The Child Care Subsidy is a monthly payment that helps British Columbian families with low incomes meet the costs of child care.
