We all know that positive relationships with children’s families are a key component of quality child care. Yet, this can be challenging when philosophies, personalities and child rearing practices differ. Join us to explore why some Family relationships are tough and tender and to consider some constructive and productive strategies that can create stronger pathways for families and ourselves together.
Suitable for all early learning and child care professionals.
Participants must attend the entire course (4 hours of training).
Bring a bag lunch (no microwave use pls).
Maximum number of participants is 25.

Gyda Chud, MEd, ECE, is a well known and well respected leader in the child care sector locally, provincially and nationally. She has worked with young children in both community based and school settings, and served as Program Coordinator of the Vancouver Community College ECE program for many years. She brings over 30 years of experience to her work promoting excellence in the field as she shares her expertise through inspirational and practical workshops, courses and seminars.
