Childcare Centre Manager

Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in strategic planning, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate staff members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with staff members.
- Well-developed planning, organizing and administrative skills.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the childcare field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to childcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, assisting all aspects of the operation of the center, such as but not limited to planning, implementation, program management, guidance and behavior support to the classrooms, budget, mentor and support staff, responsible for the care and provide adequate supervision of the children from infant to preschool etc.

Additional Notes:
This position is involves both teaching and centre administration and will start in June 2024.
