Borrowing
There is a $5.00 annual fee to establish or renew a Westcoast Library card. Organizations can pay $15 for 3 cards, which the organization is responsible for. Click here for the Library Registration Form. If you are in the Lower Mainland we encourage you to drop by the Library to register in person, if possible. Contact the Library for more information.
SUN, MON, TUES: closed

Materials can be returned any time in the drop-slot out front at 2774 E. Broadway (next door to Westcoast), except oversize or fragile items.
The loan period is four weeks. Most items may be renewed by e-mail once, if they are not already overdue and if there is not a hold on the item.
