Early Childhood Educator (ECE/ECEA) Substitute

• Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE or ECEA) Certificate.

• Or Responsible Adult Training (20 hours of specific training about child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition).

Required Experience:

• Must have experience working with young children 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for preschool-age children who demonstrate an attitude of love and respect.
• Collaborate in the implementation of daily programs and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Support children in daily routines including mealtimes, nap times and outdoor play.
• Set up play equipment for outside/ inside play.
• Follow licensing regulations and adhere to daycare policies and procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is $18.00 per hour (plus $6/hr ECE Wage Enhancement where applicable)
