ECE Team Leader
Additional Qualifications:
Child First Aid
Criminal Record Check
Level three computer skills (job is 85-90% computer based), knowledge of excel, folders, BCEID required.
Required Experience:
Must have at least 5 years as an ECE.
Must have leadership experience.
Must have computer skills.
Must be able to step in for the Senior ECE.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrolment-excel file of names, contact information. Must coordinate it all.
Payroll-must fill in payroll sheet twice monthly with proper information of each employee.
Attend board meetings by zoom every two months.
Take notes for staff meetings.
Coordinate with Senior Supervisor to plan and implement program
Be a Liaison between Senior Supervisor and Staff.
Print attendance sheets, monthly enrolment sheets, do monthly calendars.
Salary & Benefits:
Wage is currently 29.35 per hour plus 6.00 Wage Enhancement. Wage going up September 1st.
