Park Place Daycare is currently looking for a Before and After School Care Teacher to join our team. We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic individual who enjoys working with school-age children and can help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
We are open to applicants with qualifications ranging from Responsible Adult (RA) to Early Childhood Educator (ECE). Most importantly, we are looking for the right personality and fit for our team and children.

Qualifications
- Responsible Adult (RA), ECE Assistant (ECEA), or ECE certification preferred
- Experience working with school-age children is an asset
- Strong English communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check required
- Must be a Canadian Citizen
- Must have Class 4 or 5 Drivers license

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children ages 5–12 in a before and after school program
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and outdoor play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive program environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents and team members
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
- Program/ Art planning
- Swimming Program planning
- Pick up/Drop off from school
Salary & Benefits:
- $20 – $27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Excellent benefits package paid for by us after 3 months
- 5 mandated sick days plus 7 extra sick days
- Paid birthday day off
