Early Childhood Educators (ECE / ECE-IT / ECEA)
Licensed Infant & Toddler (0–3 years)
Required Experience:
Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years
• Infant/Toddler experience (0–3 years) is strongly preferred
• Leadership or Head Teacher experience is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Support children’s development through play-based and/or Montessori-inspired curriculum
• Guide children using positive and respectful behavior strategies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared classroom
• Observe, document, and communicate children’s development
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Collaborate with educators to support daily routines and program quality
• Warm, patient, and passionate about early childhood education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, reliable, and professional
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Organized with strong planning skills
• Open to both Montessori and Reggio-inspired approaches
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range is $20–$26 per hour, with the government wage enhancement.
