Experienced ECE /Montessori Lead Teacher Needed

Required Experience:

• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is required.
• Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods or certification is highly desirable but not required; training opportunities are available for committed candidates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development is necessary.
• Must demonstrate patience, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons based on Montessori curriculum standards.
• Observe and assess individual student progress to tailor learning activities that meet their unique needs.
• Maintain a prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and respect for children’s natural development.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative educational community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
• Support children's social-emotional growth through respectful guidance and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Salary & Benefits:

Based on experience, from $24.00/hour - 26.00/hour
