Post Basic ECE - an asset
Valid First Aid - Emergency Child Care & CPR B
Required Experience:
- ECE qualifications required
- Current Class 4 Driver’s license essential / Or Full Class 4 by June 1 2026 essential
- Past work in a variety of childcare settings preferred
- Valid First Aid - Emergency Child Care & CPR B
- Clear Criminal Record for working with Vulnerable Populations
- An interest in learning and professional growth
- An appreciation for working within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monday - Thursday morning preschool program - when not on bus, hours are 8AM - 12:30PM.
Driver of 15 passenger van - 2-3 days/week (approx. 7:15 AM - 1:45 PM)
Particiapte in regular bi-weekly meetings in afternoon

Additional Notes:
The PACE Program is looking for a creative and flexible individual to join our supportive and skilled professional team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an Early Childhood Educator to work within a team to provide support to young children who demonstrate emotional and/or behavioural challenges. The successful individual will have a Class 4 License with a clean driving record and at least 5 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
The Family Program is a unique, innovative program, with a high ratio of teachers to children, offering a supportive environment to work intensively with both the child and their family, developing social/emotional skills and attachments. The program works in partnership with the child’s family, caregivers, and other professionals, to establish goals and a plan based on strengths and needs. This position includes supporting the children to and from the program in our 15-seat passenger van, with another team member.
