- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and childcare standards
- Computer savvy and comfortable with scheduling software, email, and digital documentation

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented
- Strong common sense and decision-making abilities
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
- Schedule and manage staff shifts and coverage
- Ensure compliance with all childcare licensing regulations and policies
- Support and mentor educators and staff members
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management
- Assist with enrollment, staffing, and program coordination
- Handle operational challenges with professionalism and good judgment
- Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff
Salary & Benefits:
Depending on qualifications - $26 to $30 (including WE)
