OSC Care Leader
Required Experience:

Childcare Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working with school-aged children in a group setting (camps, daycare, or coaching).

Certified Training: Completion of the Responsible Adult Course or currently enrolled in/completed an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program and have your Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate.

First Aid: Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B (or higher).

The "Creative Spark": A genuine love for being hands-on—whether you’re an artist, a storyteller, or a DIY expert.

Communication: Greet parents during pick-up and provide brief, positive updates on their child’s day.
Salary & Benefits:
Dependant on Experience $18-$21 (wage enhancement available for those who qualify)

Are you a high-energy "kid person" with a knack for turning a rainy afternoon into a creative masterpiece? We are looking for a dedicated and reliable After-School Care Leader to join our team and provide a safe, engaging, and fun environment for school-aged children.
The Role
As part of our after-school team, you’ll be more than just a supervisor—you’ll be a mentor and a facilitator of fun. Your goal is to ensure every child transitions smoothly from the classroom to a relaxed, supportive afternoon environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (days flexible) | 2:45 PM – 5:30 PM Location: Sandpiper after school care in Beach Grove Elementary, Tsawwasen BC
