Westcoast courses and workshops support the implementation of the BC Early Learning Framework, Schedule G of the BC Child Care Licensing Regulation and the Early Childhood Educators of BC Code of Ethics.
Westcoast is a member of The Hub for BC Early Years Professionals.
Featured Workshop
This week, we're featuring our Administration and Management for Child Care: Instructor-Guided course taught by Kelsey Anderson.
This course has 30 hours of instructor-led workshops via Zoom and requires an additional 10 hours of self-paced learning through online video modules, lessons, and quizzes through The Hub for BC Early Years Professionals (the Hub). Thanks to funding from The Province of British Columbia and The Government of Canada, we are excited to be able to offer this training for $100, reduced from $600.

Neurodiversity in our classrooms creates a strong community of children who bring unique strengths and perspectives. In this session, participants will learn about neurodiversity and begin to structure their understanding of profiles of children, and later in the other 3 parts of these series, develop appropriate strategies and supports.
Please note: This is part 1 of a 4-part series. You may attend as many sessions as you wish. Each workshop requires separate registration, and you will receive a certificate for every individual workshop you attend. We plan to offer one workshop each month.
