Note: This is a multi-day workshop with 12 hours online and 4 hours self-study. Ensure you are available on all dates listed. Participants will receive a 16 hour certificate of participation, upon successful completion of all sessions.

There is great research which proves that a child who can sign at a young age is capable of learning to speak sooner and with more success. By teaching small children to sign while giving them the words simultaneously, we reduce the frustration and defeat they sometimes feel when the use they are using are not understood by those they are communicating to, as well as giving them a sign when they do not yet have the words.

Administration & Management for Child Care
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Administration & Management for Child Care course - a comprehensive online training program that explores all aspects of leadership development.
Our online course is delivered and guided by expert instructors with years of experience in child care and has been especially designed to support and strengthen innovative practices in leadership. Each e-learning module features fully interactive content including training videos, reflection opportunities, quizzes, live Zoom sessions, group work and a whole Knowledge Base of resources including templates and sample forms.
To support the Administration & Management for Child Care course, we have also created the Administration & Management for Child Care Knowledge Base - a comprehensive online information database for ECE leaders, with detailed guidance on all areas of child care leadership.
