Manager, Licensed Child Care Programs (Parental Leave)
- Manager (Infant/Toddler, 3-5, Preschool and School Age)
Additional Qualifications:
- A university degree or combination of education and experience in a related field (ex. Education/HR/Not-for-Profit Management)
- Early Childhood Education with Infant & Toddler and Special Needs an asset
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated team leadership and management experience (2+ years)
- Experience setting and managing budgets and staff
- Experience with licensing, regulation, and legislation
- Knowledge of early childhood and middle year’s curriculum development and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles all aspects of Board Relations, Program Management, Human Resources, Financial Planning and Community Relations for the Centre, as directed by the Mount Pleasant Community Centre Association Board.
- Focused on leading staff in the provision of quality, inclusive child care programs and striving for the continuous development and improvement of services
- Well suited to someone ready to take the next step managing a large team with a diverse program portfolio, in multiple locations
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $67,000-$74,000
- Includes comprehensive medical/dental benefits, professional development allowance and 3 weeks of vacation/year
